Shopify

  • What do I need?

    A Shopify store, head on over to https://www.shopify.com/signup to create your store and once you have your first customers come back here to let us start syncing your data!
  • I have a Shopify store but the setup wizard still can't find the store 😡

    Enter your store address like it appears in your browser.

General

  • How long time does it take to sync a source?
    The short answer is: it depends. It depends on the number of profiles and the specific source system. Some are snappier than others and a huge number of profiles will take longer time than just a handfull. For reference - a MailChimp account with about 10 000 profiles will sync in under 5 minutes.
  • I have a WooCommerce/Magento/PrestaShop store - can I still use Supercrowd?

    Not yet 😞 we are adding support for other e-commerce providers at a later point so make sure to check back!

Facebook

  • What do I need?

    You need a Facebook account that has admin (or "ads_management" and "ads_read") privileges for a Facebook ad account. You can check here if you have access to any accounts in Facebook business manager: https://business.facebook.com/home/accounts

    You also need to accept the Terms of Service for using Custom Audiences within the Facebook ad account you want to connect to Supercrowd. If you are unsure about this please reach out to us using the chat widget or send an email to team@supercrowd.net

General

  • How do I find a generated audience in Facebook Business Manager?
    Once an audience has been sent to Facebook you will find them in the "Business Manager > Assets > Audiences". You can easily see which audiences were generated by Supercrowd since they will be marked as "Generated by Supercrowd" in the descriptions.
  • How do I upgrade/downgrade/cancel my subscription?
    To update your subscription send an email to us at team@supercrowd.net.
  • What is love?
